i think the issue here is that you want to boil 'flirting' down into a universal signal.

How do I quit playing overwatch? I'm helplessly addicted and I'm not enough myself like I used to. Partially because I dropped 300 ranks. I think you can predict how this is going. Middle school boy, not super popular by the slightest, and more popular girl who find something in common. But first I wanted to add something that thickens the plot a little. She has thought I liked her since sixth grade, and now it is 8th. So I went on a date today with a girl I met on Tinder. Everything went okay, we were both polite and whatnot, but me being the boring asshole that I am, didn't really make any moves on her. We just sort of talked about our lives. I think this girl is extremely beautiful; I'm surprised she even came out to see me, but my instinct is telling me I fucked up, she was bored with me, and probably doesn't wanna see me again. As a side note, how to not be such a boring fucking idiot? Just to give you an idea: I went on a date with another chick last night and she walked out on me halfway through. Said she had a work emergency...at 10 pm..on a Saturday. That's how lame I am, I guess.

I've been friends with someone for years now. He was a really cool dude who was there for me in a few rough spots and I've returned the favor. For the past few months though, he's turned into this awful, negative, angry and just all around bad friend.
His constant negativity always makes me feel like shit. He does the whole joke insult thing but always takes it way too far and if I ever say anything, he pulls the "im just kidding, pussy" shit, he started insulting some of my friends that I've been hanging out with behind my back/causing drama with them for no reason and constantly acts like he's right no matter what and just calls anyone who disagrees with him a cuck.
I'm just tired of this. I'm not the only one who's sick of it either and I know a lot of people who gave up on him at this point since he doesn't see anything wrong with the way he acts. We originally planned on motivating each other to become better people and although I've managed to get a better life for myself, he doesn't want to change anything. All he does is come up with excuses as to why it isn't his fault the way he is.
I don't hate this guy but he's just insufferable right now and I've tried to help him but he won't make the effort on his end to help himself. I don't want to just cut contact but I don't know what else to do. What should I do?

I had a serious and alarming premonition that there were live bodies in the structures to be burned, they were bundled in thick flammable blankets, and gagged and there were drill holes so they could see out. They were trapped for 3+ days without food/water watching the blasts of flames and the revelers, while dehydrating. It's timed so that the structure collapses before their burn shrouds burn through, so no one can see the skulls/skeletons. Maybe that's what the Hasidic Jews in the Temple are crying about?
