How do I quit playing overwatch? I'm helplessly addicted and I'm not enough myself like I used to. Partially because I dropped 300 ranks. This has been the main driving force in my life for the past month (other than having a gf and looking for a job). I'll willingly fuck up my brain to break my addiction, or at least not feel so upset about it.
