I underestimated the socialization I was getting from living with a friend and having multiplayer cooperative games. I'm in the process of looking for a job that will pay the new bills of living on my own, and it'll be a while until I'm in school again.
So, the loneliness is getting so bad that I'm about to just force myself on people. If I had to choose between tolerating my ex and spontaneously showing up at my mom's, I'd choose the latter.
Question: is the loneliness going to be this major all of the time now? What if the chosen line of work doesn't benefit the loneliness? Not knowing the next time I'll be around someone is causing me a lot of anxiety.
I tried meetup.com, but that website seems to be hyped up as *used* when it is pretty sparsely used, considering there are more than 300,000 million Americans? However, there are several weekly Zen meditation groups in the area, so I'm gonna attend those.
Any advice is appreciated. I need to live on my own for now, and can't afford a gaming PC, so the easy solutions are not options.

I come from a strict Catholic Irish family. There is this Muslim guy at my school who has taken an interest in me. He seems to be religiously conservative but ever since I have known him, I can't help me drawn to him. There is something so manly and endearing about him that I can't put into words. I have a great boyfriend and he loves me, but I just do not feel the same way about him anymore ever since I met Mahmud.
Knowing that I am Irish and he is Pakistani, I am quite certain my family will not approve of this at all, but every cell in my body just aches for this man. When ever I am at school we hang out alot and he seems to be very intelligent. I even stopped talking to my boyfriend and broke up with him over the phone because I just do not think about hi at all anymore.
Is it possible for me to live on with this guy in the future? and possibly cut off contact from my family if I need to? I know my father will never talk to me again and my mother is quite conservative as well. My brother at one point was in the neo nazi party so he himself would never want anything to do with me. My dad stole $1000 from me that was going to pay for my college this semester, so now I am fucked and unable to attend.

Can you try looking at student loans, or see if friends and family can help you out with tuition right now? Might be able to take a part time job.
And if you live with him, I'd look into getting a part time job and moving out and getting some room mates to cut costs. Doesn't sound like someone who should have easy access to you.

My close friends are all moving / have moved to LA, besides one who's in Washington. I will be moving to one of these places. I know LA is more expensive but it's more in line with my career choice. I also prefer the quiet, nature feeling of the Northwest. I also prefer to live alone, so multiple roommates isn't ideal for me.
I'm pretty conflicted and i know my time is running short. I'm aware my current job won't support me monthly at part-time and I don't think I have the energy to manage full time and school. I am at a loss for what I should do. I'll try to answer any questions as well. Thnx guise

So I grew up out of high school and started wearing new clothes instead of Aeropostale and hollister. Literally every shirt I get the logo rips apart in the wash. How can I stop harshly judging people for their career choices. I'm trying to be less of a neckbeard and I think part of that means accepting that not everyone who decides to go for a degree in journalism or photography is necessarily dumb and going nowhere.
