This is an embarrassing question but it's been bothering me for a while and I don't know where else to ask.
About 80% of the time I go to the bathroom I feel like I have to wipe dozens of times before the toilet paper comes out clean. I usually have to flush a couple times as I'm doing it just so the toilet doesn't get filled with too much paper. The other 20% it's nice and easy and I can just do it one or two times and be done. But usually this cycle just starts all over again. What am I doing wrong? I feel like I'm wasting way too much paper but it's not like I can just skip wiping, especially since it starts to itch.

My brain cant handle much stimuli
I woke up, grabd my guitar and started building some chords and melodies, the room was still dark.
Then i opened the curtains, ate breakfast and tried composing again but the light feels overwhelming, i'm anxious and in panic and can't focus anymore, i'm almost shaking

In my experience people general experience panic attacks during high pressure situations, though I find myself falling into them when I'm left alone with my thoughts.

Is it inconsiderate to cook foods with Forbidden Ingredients when living with someone extremely picky?
I'd love to cook with garlic, blue cheese, mushrooms, bacon, olives, dried tomatoes and all these delicious things, but my sister is extremely picky and if a food appears to contain an ingredient she Does Not Eat, she takes it as a personal insult, as if I poured poison in it to spite her. She's 24.

In a future date, I plan to wear hidden cameras so that if something goes wrong in the date (ends in an argument, or she dips out, etc.), I can show footage to my therapist so she can point out what I did wrong.
Thanks to ever-improving miniaturization of components, we can wear cameras now that are so small, they can be concealed in everyday wearable objects, like glasses, pens, watches, etc.
The last time I dated, September 2007, she ended it with "Let's call this a friend-date." Maybe it was because my eyes were darting left and right because I felt like I was in a BIG exam? (An exam to prove how funny and desirable I am)
At least we parted ways with a hug, and remained FB friends until sometime in 2011.
I want to know how to be the funniest, most flawless date next time, and how to end every date on a good note in 100% of them.
The most effective way could be to have a "dating coach" sit in on the date, or at least watch from a remote location (a surveillance room, if the restaurant / dating venue has a surveillance camera pointed at our table, for example) and offer critiques later. Sad thing is, there are (apparently) no dating coaches in KS (I figure it's a coastal phenomenon, as in only available on either the Western or Eastern Seaboards.)
So in the absence of a dating coach (and even if they were to exist in KS, the money to hire one), the best I can do is wear hidden cameras at dates, and have my fortnightly therapist watch the footage with me so she can point out what all caused things to go wrong, if the results were anywhere less than perfect.
I wonder how often anyone else has done this. I'll have to find hidden camera date footage on YT to see how common this is.
Footnote: I've been diagnosed with 2 forms of anxiety. I'm "suspect of having" Asperger's (that means no formal diagnosis, but I apparently have some Aspie traits; not enough of them to warrant a formal diagnosis.)

There's a bunch of things I could be doing with my time. Excercising and practicing Chinese, reading and getting through my list of movies to watch. I've also been interested in a bunch of things but never really been able to get started, like various art forms.
But instead I stay at home and play dota and shitpost all day and I just can't find the motivation to do anything else.
In the past I've found the only thing to ever really motivate me is when I've been interested in a girl. But that always disappears eventually when I lose interest or realise it's not possible

Really you need to love yourself and learn how to entertain yourself. Be authentic you (and make sure you is a good and interesting person that you've built and created and molded)

Hello /adv/, here's my story:
I'm 23 years old. Had a gf for 4 years. My first everything. She broke up with me. I wasn't devastated but it wasn't easy. I tried enjoying the single life. I didn't. Made Tinder profile and so on. Nothing happened.
Last Sunday, a random chick (18 years old, 19 in a couple of months) adds me on FB. She says she found me in a fb event and that I looked interesting. Okay.
Chat with her the next day (Monday). Chat almost non stop from 19:00 to 0:00. She's cool, I like her and I can tell she likes me. We chat for quite a lot for this last week. Have a date on Saturday. Chat, hugged, kissed, fooled around. Invited me over to her place (after some hours of walking around her town). Didnt have sex because she really likes me and wants to wait. Okay.
Next day (yesterday). Since she said she wanted me for something more than just sex I assume she wants to try a serious relationship but I want to be sure we are on the same level. Ask her. Turns out she has two friends with benefits at the moment. She likes me more. She knows she has to dump them if she wants something with me. I agree. She dumps them. "Now I'm all yours". Okay.
So, my main problem right now is that everything happened so fucking fast that I'm starting to worry. I'm not sure if should. Maybe I should just try to enjoy this while it lasts. I'd like to know what you think.
