Look up people needing help in your area but it depends on where you are located I guess. Personally i'd ask restaurants in the area if they need some shit jobs done in exchange for food.

I dunno if they do this in Yuerope but, if you have a Plasma Donation center, they usually compensate for your time, anywhere from 25-75 a visit, which you can do twice weekly.

It's how I used to make ends meet back in the day.

Eggs, rice, beans, milk. You can ask for 10 dollars on the street and survive on these things comfortable for a while.
