My brain cant handle much stimuli
I woke up, grabd my guitar and started building some chords and melodies, the room was still dark.
Then i opened the curtains, ate breakfast and tried composing again but the light feels overwhelming, i'm anxious and in panic and can't focus anymore, i'm almost shaking
Is it a symptom of depression?

Sounds like you're having a panic attack. Funny, I had one this morning for the first time in a while.
I'd advise seeing your GP about anxiety. I think I should be doing the same.
In my experience people general experience panic attacks during high pressure situations, though I find myself falling into them when I'm left alone with my thoughts.

Wasnt actually shakin, just more or less weak, i dont know
Breath was normal
Its like the mere stimuli of the sunlight and other things overwhelmed/distracted my brain and stopped the flow of thoughts
