Help me /fit/. What's the best routine for a skinnyfat who just wants to look good?
I'm 6'1" 72kg and my arms, legs and neck are ridiculously skinny. Yet I have quite a bit of noticeable fat.
Being unsure about a routine has limited me for so long, I just want to be able to dive into a routine and dedicate myself to it.
Would a 4 or 5 day split doing 3x8 work?

So here's the jist. I'm cutting atm, but I'm also trying to build muscle. Should I do cardio every morning, or just off mornings?

Up to you really. I do it on off days when I can be assed/have the time. If you want to do it on the days you lift go for it. I'd prefer to do it after lifting though, tired legs and squats and DL don't really mix. As long as it's not. Interfering with your recovery days it's not a problem at all.
It is entirely up to you and your capacity for work and ability to recover.
Just start slow and see how it works out for you.

Do any of you have the problem of excessive sweat? How do you deal with it?
It's one of my biggest insecurities. I need to wear a vest under everything in the summer just to buffer the sweat that would make a wet patch on my back. disgusting.
Hey op, I sweat a lot as well, and I have to say I don't care much about it and it definitely doesnt make me feel insecure.
As long as you take more showers than a regulair person, control your body hair and use proper deodorant you can sweat all you want without smelling.
Take a shower when you wake up, before you go to the gym and after your workout. You won't associate sweating with stinking anymore.
Also if you look rly good/shredded you can get away with it ez.

It's not the odour that concerns me. There isn't much of one, allegedly. But I can't under any circumstances do things like wear a backback, or back sweat shows through.
I shower 2-3 times a day as it is, and deodorants don't have too much of an affect. Unless you know any specialized brands or something?
/sci/friend here. 6', 155 lbs. I can't run for more than a minute straight, and I assume I am very weak (but I don't actually know, since I never lift anything heavy).
People keep telling me that exercising will make me feel better, feel more focused, possibly even smarter (maybe feeling better/focused helps with studying?).
I don't really have any specific goal regarding to my body itself, just looking for some thoughts on if fitness can help me with my studies (math and computer science).
I did a bit of research, came up with three things that might be relevant

Absolutely, it helps in pretty much everything.
Don't do running, it takes too long and will wear you out.
Lift heavy stuff that you can only manage ~10 reps with. Do pullups or some shit.
If you don't have fitness goals, core focused work is a time drain.
In my opinion, focus on bigger weights with your bigger muscle groups for maximum release of endogenous opioid inhibitory neuro-peptides in the shortest amount of time. Make sure that you take rest days (your muscles will be sore the day after for the first few workouts).
I think that once you get into the habit of lifting and seeing gains, you'll develop fitness goals and take up lifting for its direct benefits

Mostly vitamin D or iron or zinc.

Why do I crave fatty foods? Why do I want to eat junk food.

Almost all fatty foods are good for you. Especially those with a lot of stable test boosting saturated fat like meats, eggs, butter, and cheeses. Sugars and starches are primarily what will sabotage your health.
