Does anyone on /fit/ use a Theracane? I have terrible trigger point pain and extremely tight muscles in my upper back from many years of computer games and stuff. I am now going to a chiropractor but I would like to fix these problems without spending 60 bucks a session. Thoughts?

theyre not as unhealthy as you think. also potatoes and onions hold up good. must fruits will for a few days too. theres shelf almond/soy millk available too. trail mix, some cheeses may hold for a day or too if theyre dry enough like gouda and Parmesan

These are definitely good ideas. Get buffalo jerky if you can though, wayyyy better than beef.
Also canned meats and those precooked bags of rice.

switch to weed. Once you're off the cigs you can go cold turkey on the weed. No physical withdrawls from weed, just mental game.

Seriously, do this. Smoke weed every day for a month, then quit weed. It's a lot easier than cigs, trust me I've been sober for 6 months and weed is how I did it.

Going to Europe for 2 weeks. I imagine I will be drinking heavily for at least 10 of the nights. What is the best way to stay as fit/healthy as possible while going on a drinking bender?

Eat a large healthy breakfast and one other small but healthy meal a couple of hours before you drink. When you finish drinking for the night try to have some gatorade or something.

If it's hurting your SPINE, that's a really bad sign. That could lead to actual injury.

/mu/ here. This is going to sound silly, but I've just started work in a cold store, shifting boxes and moving stuff about generally. I've done two shifts in the last two days, one five hour and one six hour and my body is aching. It's a 40 minute bike ride to this place so that does not help then it's a day of walking about and carrying.
My problem is that over the next four days I have four twelve hour shifts and I'm worried they are going to kill me. Most of my aches are in my buttock and thigh, but also in my shins, forearms and shoulders slightly. I'm wondering if there is a way to stretch before and after work to stop this from happening, or perhaps a way to massage my legs?

I dunno how much use you'd find out of it but I find that yoga and a foam roller take care of almost all of my aches. Yoga prevents a lot of them in the first place and the foam roller is literal magic.

Is mastic gum the real deal for jaw gains? I've read some reports on possible side effects. Is there any truth to that? Also I've heard that it's used to treat stomach diseases and stuff. Can it still be used recreationally or is it gonna mess with your bacteria and shit?

Also, would it be ok to go straight from regular gum to mastic gum or would that be too extreme?

I know there's also "Falim" gum, but I don't wanna give my money to Turks t b h.

I used mastic gum for a while.
It's cool because you get a jaw pump from it, which forces your lower jaw into the correct position if you have an overbite. Over time you just get used to having your jaw in that position.
In turn, that tends to help out your jaw line.

Dont be an Amerifat. Learn to cook and meal prep. HIIT sprint up hills. You wont put on fat. I have been below 10% bodyfat my entire life. Its ez as fuck.
