what do you guys think of isometric excercises?

ive tried weights and all but want to be super lean and bruceLee like, so anyway, read that isometrics are the way to go, sorry, very new here and amateurish, thank you for your replies.

Why the fuck is oats recommended for cutting and lifting in general ? Look at those shit macros for 100g ( from my Quaker oats box ):

they're recommended for bulking, not cutting. oats are cheap and a decent amount of fiber and lots of complex carbs. you can eat them on a cut too, but you're right that they're not ideal for that.

I like the crossfit style of training. Yes I know it's injury city but fuck it it's fun for me.

If you're being serious, here's where you get started: http://www.c25k.com/ Hold your "music player" in your fucking hand or buy an armband. You don't need to take water with you on a run unless it's extremely hot and you're doing 10k or more. Just a lot of water an hour before and lots after. Shoes are the most important, don't worry about shirt and "pants" because you should just wear any comfortable t-shirt and regular sports shorts. Go to a running store, have them analyse your gait, and buy the appropriate shoes. Whilst you're doing c25k any old running shoes will do.

For your stupid thread and idiotic manner of questioning I truly hope you get hit by a bus on your runs you cunt.

Nigger, I'm doing IF on a whole-foods plant-based diet right now and I can barely get up to 1900kcal/day and all I do is eat eat eat... kill me now.

I eat semi clean. I try to get 2k or so kcal and most of my protein clean, but at a certain point I can't deal with another fucking chicken breast.

That said, you can make shakes that are like 1500 kcal and things like chili and whatnot can pack protein, calories, and veggies into a souplike bowl that is easy to get down.

Anyone on /fit/ have a fucked up head shape? I still have a full head of hair but I've preemptively hopped on dat dere finasteride because my head shape looks a little like shia labeouf but a little less drastic. I've thought about skull reconstruction surgery but it costs $15,000 and I'd have to fly to San Francisco. Plus it might literally ruin my life if they fuck up. Have you guys learned to cope? Does head shape factor into attractiveness?

why not just jump straight to a strength program, there really isn't any reason at all to "shed some weight" especially since he's going to have to eat big and will probably get that weight back anyway

just put him on SS with legs only twice a week
