Just got back from the gym, and I think I've snapped my shit up. I was doing push press, and on my last rep I felt a sudden sharp/jabbing pain up my spine, between my shoulder blades and up my neck. I reracked, and the pain started to spread and I got dizzy for a minute or two.
I'm back home, and there's a constant dull ache between my shoulder blades, in the middle of my back. I can't put my chin on my chest, and I can't really move my back; I'm having to do everything very delicately. I can still move my arms, and turn my head side to side, though turning it fully does cause a twinge.
How fucked am I, /fit/? I'm about to have a hot shower and try to stretch a little bit and see if that helps.

ive had this exact same thing happen, three times - except it was off to the right side. id have the weight almost above my head, then feel a sharp rip like my muscle was coming off the bone, and then id drop the weight onto the rack and have to take a knee otherwise id pass out from the pain.
i have no idea what it is, but im pretty much disabled for three days after it happens, and then it spontaneously gets 100% better. even with the intense pain i can still pick things up. i dont lose strength, im only in extreme pain.
Kickboxing and knowing how to throw knees and elbows is my choice.

hey you /fit/ and un/fit/ faggots, help me figure out an eating plan. Fuck stats and whatnot, I'm tall and not as much as a fat cunt anymore. Somewhere in the range of 90-100kgs I estimate. Trying to cut a few kilos (I genetically get man tits, and it's the only obvious play fat is being stored) and going to start lifting again. Quick draft I threw up:
07AM - 100g Rolled Oats & 250mL lowfat milk
10AM - 30g Protein Shake
01PM - 250g Chicken Breast & 1/2 cup brown rice (measured uncooked)
04PM - 30g Protein Shake after workout
07PM - 250g Steak or Fish & Vegetables
10PM - Eggwhites or Casein/Cottage Cheese?

What are some tips to get a girl to like you?
Ive had both men and women like me, though ive only ever been with two women (both didnt turn o be as expected).
My advice would be to just focus on you and dont expect people to be what you want them to be, and learn to apreciate them as they are.
