those arent mutually exclusive terms
covert narcissism is more common than the cartoonish narcissism everyone associates with the word
I'm both?
I think narcissism actually makes people insecure.

This is right.
They are not mutually exclusive. Narcissism is a defense mechanism for insecurity.

What's the ratio of emotionally well-adjusted adults posting vs insecure beta manbaby cuck memechild posting?
>>38099388
Emotionally well-adjusted adults wouldn't be posting on a Eurasian carpet selling forum.
>>38099077
Those are basically the same thing

A lot : The rest

Honestly this is probably almost 100% true. I really doubt there's a single person on /fit/ who can be considered an 'emotionally well-adjusted adult'. If any of them stumble here and even give it enough patience to navigate around for a bit, I'm sure they bail pretty quick after skimming a few threads

I'd give her my anal probe if you know what I mean.

Is it possible to be both? I truly value myself above all other people and consider them beneath me to varying degrees but I also think I'm a very low bar.

It's when people secretly think very highly of themselves. These people are usually your friends who put you down for being good at things they're bad at b/c they genuinely believe they're already good at anything that is worth being good at.
