The lack of calories will allow your body to go into what's known as hyper-mode. Fat will begin to burn twice as fast, and intense exercise will result in MASSIVE gains.

I suggest you lower your calories by 50 each month until you can adapt to none at all.

I pushed out a max rep yesterday of 15.

Felt pretty good man, they were all solid, fast, and strong pushups with near lift on my up. Full range of motion, 6'4 240 lb fatass here, been dieting for awhile now. Followed up immediately with 6 pull ups which was also a new max rep, and that last one took all of my effort.

Noticed that my back is arched after moving up in weight on squats. Coming up as I'm trying to thrust my hips forward/up I feel a good amount of pressure on my lower back.

I started stretching to correct it as soon as I noticed it. Should I keep squatting as I'm correcting it or no? Don't wanna fuck my shit up.

Should I be concerned? Not a lot, but whenever I run my hands through my hair it seems like one or two comes with it. I accidentally misread the serving size as one tablespoon instead of teaspoon so I took way too much the first two days, does that make a difference?

I don't have a squat rack in my home gym, so I do plenty of deadlifts but no squats. What kind of physique differences should I expect compared with people who do squats?

Pectus excavatum thread...

I'm 24yo at 6ft 1". Been full skelly my whole life. Never been that hung up on my body given how it looks and have actually had my fair share of feminine attention ( im very good for body shots).

Anyway started consciously upping my calorie and protein intake over the last 2 months in an effort to see if I can gain a bit of weight/mass. Been working out (pretty lightly) about three times a week with kettlebells and weights alongside this. Gone up from 152lbs to 162.

Any suggestions or advice for what I should work on? Fellow pectus bros get in here!

Since "Muscle" is a type of tissue..can the muscles of the face be trained in some way?
repetitions of movements, or maybe adding weight somehow and moving the mouth/cheecks to manipulate the weight.

It seem jazz musicians develop the muscles for the side of the face.
it would be really cool to LITERALLY have "workouts change your face"
