I guess if I don't have beard, something might be wrong with me.

I have nothing. I weigh 120lbs at 5'10, but I've seen skinnier people with full beards. So it can't be the lack of calories.

Sup /fit/, i have been lurking for a long time but i don't post regularly. I am 18 years old and figured i should pick up lifting again. Last time i lifted i was 16 and i followed the subreddits guidelines and it didn't get me very far. 5x5 took my bench from 22.5 kg to 40 kgs, that's all. The only thing i got from those 4 months worthy of bragging of is maybe that i was legpressing 4x my bodyweight.

For the record i am a mix between mesomorph and ectomorph, leaning towards ectomorph. I find it impossible to gain any weight at all, i have tried, i just cant. Now that i am 18, i have got a lot more testosterone and a rather impressive beard for someone my age. I went to a gym and did a regular 5x5 routine and added some curls and brosplit arm, core workouts after. I saw how much arms were bulging more than they ever had so i think this time around my gains will improve a lot more. I read somewhere that people who are ectomorph/mesomorph mixes should just give up on bulking and just go for the regular brosplit and gain volume instead of a lot of strength. Do yall agree? Btw my i have Persian genes and everyone in my family seems to have it rather easy to gain weight/muscle. My cousin is swole as a motherfucker and he does the regular brosplit. So ill appreciate any help

Keep training legs that's for sure
Maybe start bench press, squats, deadlifts before moving on to isolations, but make sure you do squeeze workouts for chest (e.g. flys) or your chest will be deformed.
Also cardio, it doesn't kill gains that's- just a meme, and it will help your overall health

So I looked at a BMI chart and apparently i am even more obese tan I thought I was.

Hey /fit/
I have really bad social anxiety and can't really go to the gym, but getting on meds soon so I can. Pic related is what I have to work with. I'm 6ft tall, about 170pounds, and kind of skinny fat. What can i do with these weighs to make some progress until I take care of my anxiety and go to the gym?
I currently do squats with the 30 pound weights, forearm curls, bicep curls, and overhead press. With the 25 pound weights I do lateral raises. I also do push-ups often. Any suggestions?

thoughts on the brand? Is the whey good? I'm running out of my MusclePharm blend and need some more protein powder. Could use some more Creatine too.

I think they're the best out there in terms of quality and price. Get the regular Impact Protein. I highly recommend Chocolate Smooth.

I heard their creatine is very good, but I haven't used it, so I can't vouch for it.

Make sure you wait for a flash sale; 25% is pretty much the normal price, but I got a 5kg bag during a 50% off sale for $60.

Finally, my only complaint is time. It takes about a week to actually get your stuff, so order ahead of time.
