Noticed that my back is arched after moving up in weight on squats. Coming up as I'm trying to thrust my hips forward/up I feel a good amount of pressure on my lower back.

I started stretching to correct it as soon as I noticed it. Should I keep squatting as I'm correcting it or no? Don't wanna fuck my shit up.

I've had this recently. Squats hurt my back way more than deadlifts. So definitely some sort of form issue. I've been working my glutes, doing planks, bracing better, switching to front squats. I think breaking at the knee more when you go down and not sticking your butt out makes your back straight and upwright (but at the same time obviously there's a bit more pressure on your knees so make sure you are pushing weight through heels properly.
