>Started taking creatine a week ago

Should I be concerned? Not a lot, but whenever I run my hands through my hair it seems like one or two comes with it. I accidentally misread the serving size as one tablespoon instead of teaspoon so I took way too much the first two days, does that make a difference?
people naturally lose about 300-400 single hairs per day.
don't worry about it.

i had the same issue. stopped using it and honestly i don't even notice the difference in my performance.
it was probably nothing though and i've only noticed it because i've read about hair loss and creatine and started paying more attention to it when i used it.

TABLESPOON OF CREATINE
OP it causes increased DHT levels which fuck your hair up. Also I'm pretty sure it's the excess that does so. So the more you overloaded (also you didnt load for a week) the more you fucked up
>>39111992
I thought loading was taking a larger than normal amount for a week then taking a smaller amount? So a tablespoon was too much but not that much more than I should have been taking for the load week?

you should of loaded the recommended dose on the packaging for a week or two and then done maintenance ED or EOD

If I looked like the before I wouldn't need creatine to begin with.
>>39112100
I wish. I'm actually just retarded.
>>39111916
Don't bother, I regret it. Not balding but I can see a widows peak forming ever so slightly.

if you are novice or intermediate in lifting you don't even need it. it's all in your head. it mostly shows once you are dealing with extreme weights and will allow you to get an extra rep out.

Wait can I increase beard growth by taking one table spoon of creatine per day?
Or will only my hair fall out
>>39112179
enjoy your new haircut
>>39112164
That's probably right, I'm just disappointed with slow progress. It probably would be helpful to actually track macros and eat better I guess.
>>39111916
I swear that my hair got thicker on creatine when i was taking it consistently. -______-

Probably not the creatine. You most likely started taking some other supplements as well which fixed your deficiency.
