So fit after doing unassisted dips for the first time I felt a sharp pain in my upper middle chest, is this normal or have I fractured my collar bone?

I used to get this while doing dips too. If it's broken you'd probably know, but I'd still recommend switching it out for an exercise that doesn't cause you pain.

I should take a day off from the A exercises, right? Or might I just as well do it 6 days a week?

I'm afraid of doing lots of arm/upper body stuff, not really knowing if it will make me look manly or not. Are there other leg/butt exercises I could do on B days? Also would any of you actually date a trans girl? I'm feeling kinda sad and it sucks that guys only want to fuck me and never actually date.

I was raised in a bubble
my parents did EVERYTHING for me and spoiled me
my social skills and confidence to do or say anything while out alone is stunted beyond hope
I've become an insomniac and can hardly focus at the gym and classes anymore
I'm asking on here because I have nobody to turn to

Or you can just do deadlifts and not squat
I even stopped doing DL because my legs were getting too big (for you) to fit pants and buying pants every few months is too much for me (good pair of pants can go for 150euroes here, which is a lot to me)

The general consensus is that for most people, about -1000 is the most you want to do.

If you're REEEALLY fat, like +100 pounds or more, then you can get away with more.

As a skinny guy, how can I get relatively fit? I don't want to get ripped, I just want some reasonable muscle definition.
Is there any way that I can do this at home? The only equipment that I have is a pull up bar, dumbbells and a bench press.

I tried to come up with some kind of routine last year, but all the different information and guides were overwhelming and each one promised different results that sounded too good to be true.

I just want a simple, effective full body routine that is easy to understand and doesn't require going to the gym.

Alright, /fit/. I need some motivation and suggestions.

Female, 145, 5'4. I really don't look like 145, I have a lot of muscle, but no definition. I really need to get to pic related once and for all.

Especially for the women of /fit/, what's been the best routine you've found, (gym, diet, supp, etc) for toning but still looking like a woman. i.e. I need to keep my hips(no cardio boy hips) and thighs, but tone especially stomach and back. (I have a thing for Venus dimples oh lordt).

Being at a mostly ameture level, can someone help a girl out?
