Is it possible to look good with a weak jawline? Is a beard the only solution?
Pic related isn't even a bad jawline. It's clearly defined. Your jaw doesn't have to be jutting out away from your neck it just needs to be clearly defines. But if he gains weight it'll be shit.
>>40227318
That jawline looks awful mate. It's clearly weak as fuck.
>pic related, normal jawline with the same haircut
Notice how it's going outwards forming that nice shape of the head instead of the flat face of the OP.
>>40227281
Mew and lose weight. Otherwise, grow a beard.
>had junk food and coffee yesterday and told myself it was the last time
>telling myself that today will be the last time
I may as well start tomorrow since I wasted 6 hours at the start of today feeling sad about life and browsing the internet.
The rest of my life starts tomorrow!

Why is coffee bad?
Hey /fit/ first time poster here, I've been going to the gym regularly now for a couple of months and I've noticed a big change from when I first started. (I've just come out of being a skeleton essentially, never eating or exercising for years.) I'm still young and have made good progress but the one thing that currently bothers me are my sides, how do I thicken myself out in the chest? I see some women with a thicker torso than me it's fucking horrifying.
So yeah, I'm open to all exercises, I just want to know what would get my chest looking better.

Hello /fit/
I've recently decided to go into the U.S. Military, and I'm about 95% sure I won't make the weight requirement. I talked to my dad who was in the Army about 30 years ago, and he said I'm going to need to work on push ups, sit ups, and running, I was wondering if there was anything else I should do, like any other exercises I should do to drop the weight. Also if there's a diet I you would recommend I eat that would be great, but keep in mind, I'm trying to drop weight, so no whey protein or anything like that that's going to bulk me up.
>>40226923
Push up
Sit up
Pull up
Plank forever
Run/ruck forever
Swim forever
It's easy dude it's like retardedly easy. The Marine corps minimum passing pt test is like 3 pullups, 35 crunches and run 3 miles in 28 minutes. It just gets easier in every other branch
>>40226923
Just build stamina, aka do this >>40227331
Anyone else excited to see how far modern steroids and new drugs and supplements can take us? Part of bodybuilding is creating an aesthetic body, sure, but manipulation of body chemistry and hormones and all that jazz has an interest all of its own.
Aquinas spoke of the mythical city on the hill etc. etc.
No gay shit.
>>40226869
op's picture looks like a fat kid with bad gyno how is that look appealing?
>>40226910
still not knowing what gyno is....
Its like you're autistic but refuse to admit it.
Big chest.. wow must mean gyno.
Retarded fuck.
>>40226910
I wouldn't say it's appealing, I'd say it's interesting. I wouldn't want to be like that myself but the lengths some people go to - and the methods they use to get there - are incredible.
So, I've recently joined the club of severe back injuries. Got a nasty herniated disc and while therapy is helping, I'm also looking at an inversion table. Narrowed it down to a few choices but I'm wondering if anyone here has advice.
Innova Fitness ITM4800 has a heated vibration pad and has pin-locks, which is a big point for me. I don't want a strap to snap and let me fall.
Ironman IFT 1000 and 4000 both have heat through the entire backpad, but no vibration and they use straps to lock, which worries me. But they have higher weight tolerances and a thicker memory foam pad.
What do you guys think?
>>40226845
bump
If it helps, the prices aren't terribly different.
ITM 4800 and Ironman 1000 cost about 200. Ironman 4000 costs nearly 300, the extra features being 50 lbs more tolerance, a wider board and thicker padding.
Leaning towards Innova because the heat pad vibrates and can be removed for use elsewhere, but the other tables have full-body heating.
Good thread OP. Got a bad back from a car accident years ago and i am very inyerested in these.

>b-but those routines don't have enough volume for me, i'm a super hero that needs 500 sets per bodypart
No you're a retarded cunt who plateaus on bitch ass WEAKER than novice tier weight.
Hey /fit/, someone here whit trouble knees? Can you recommend me some routine for legs, for trouble knees person?
squats done correctly are great for knees.
>>40226679
Me for the love of god. Have pain in my knee if I stand for too long, ever since I injured it about a year ago.
I squatted all hella unbalanced, definitely too much weight one day. Next day, walked all over town but all of a sudden - wham - out of nowhere, pain in my knee that caused me to hobble home. Hobbled for a few days after that, but it's still sore every now and then. Better, but sore. I've researched it repeatedly again and again, there's no fucking explanation for it aside from a possible PFPS (Patellar Frontal Pain Syndrome) which is a medical joke for "lol ur knee hurts i dunno why tho just rest it dawg". Fucking doctor in-jokes.
Anyway OP, what's the trouble with your knees? How fat are you? Did you hit them in a sport or something? Prior injury? Arthritis? Deformed? C'mon.
>>40226695
which is better then -free weights squats or on a machine. Talking about in the knee situation.

yeah okay mate.
Is calorie counting a meme? I always listen to top-tier bodybuilders talk about how they never track anything, no macros, no calories... They just eat more, or eat less based on if they are bulking or cutting... How do they do this?
Because they spent years counting calories so they know exactly what they are putting in their body anyway.
>>40226577
Remember that top tier bodybuilders are on steroids.
Counting calories isn't needed, it's just much easier to lose and gain weight that way
>>40226596
A little bit of this.
And alot of steroids.
What the hell kind of such am I getting /fit/?
>Coughing hard wheezing chest coughs that make my head pulse in pain.
>Bending over to reach for something makes my head feel like it's going to explode
>Dry as fuck throat, always feel the need to clear stuff throat.
>Woke up to hit the bathroom really early for whatever reason. My bowels told me go RIGHT NOW or shit the bed. (This Never happens to me)
>I sleep in nothing but boxers and as I'm on the bowl I couldn't stop shivering. Was doing so hard enough to make my teeth chatter.
>Was shivering so bad, standing from the bowl felt like the last rep of a stupidly heavy set.
>Back in bed under 3 of my heaviest blankets and inside of my mummy tomb sleeping bag I took out of storage
>Fingers and hands shaking hard enough to break the zipper of the bag that held my tomb
>It's been 30 minutes and the shivers are just receding now.
>House is about 55 degrees right now
TL,DR
OP is literally shaking. WTF is wrong with me? Would appreciate incite. Never had this before.

>>40226518
Just imagine them all, playing and running around in a big field, but there's a cliff at the end. It's a tall wheat field(5'11) and none of the lil guys can see where they're running, you're the only one who can save them, from running right off that cliff, that's a job you CAN respect
