you should warmup your sinews and what not first, like hip flexors and ankles for dorsiflexion in preparation for squats. Or rolling your shoulders to warmup for ohp etc etc

All jokes aside, milk seems pretty shit tier as a food for gaining muscle. Most people are at least somewhat lactose intolerant. Also, I'm not an expert on hormones but from the cursory research I've done, I suspect that drinking milk does more harm than good due to the increase in estrogen. I think frauds might be able to get away with drinking milk since they're taking estrogen blockers but I honestly think milk might fuck up a natty's gains. Srs.
