How often do you lift and what leg exercises do you do?
Do lowbar squats and deadlifts if you don't already.
and hip thrusts, or glute ham raises i always mix them up, which ever one you do on a bench.

Mostly just dumbbell squats for legs. I haven't been lifting too long (I've been doing it on and off for years but never enough to make progress, now is my longest period of doing it) so I haven't seen a ton of difference yet. Resources online are of course only dedicated to women so I get shit like "try this cream it'll work" (it won't) which isn't very useful and not much info on if squatting helps or not. I'll try lowbar squats; do those target hamstrings?

That being said, take up some adult education, try to get yourself out of minimum wage
keep lifting and eating, get your testosterone checked, you might luck out and get TRT
talk to literally everybody, and try to be friends with people who you seem to click with, eventually you're bound to make some friends, and meet a girl

i dropped out of school in 9th grade and because a junkie. i started lifting at 115 pounds and got clean. i got my GED and went to community college. got into nursing program and am now an RN. I also weigh 175 now with 3 years consistent lifting just found a 9/10 qt gf. If i can make it you can to i was the biggest piece of shit bro. just start making little steps of progress forward...it will accumulate eventually
