Have been dealing with moderate almost sever acne for about 3 years now, I am 22 and there are no signs of my skin clearing up. in fact my body acne has been acting up even worst then before. Its hard to show off the gainz when you break out, or to mirin when you lack confidence in yourself. What are some ways you manage your skin for optimal gainz?
Also any online sources for accutane?

Alright /fit/, I'd like some opinions from anyone who has a kid, wife/husband, works a job or grad school, and still makes time to lift.
Im going to be a dad by the end of summer and I'm looking forward to it. But... I'm worried about how I'll balance the lack of sleep with grad school and working out. I train early AM but I'm not sure how sustainable it'll be to wake up at 5 every day (then again I might not have a choice depending on sleep habits of the baby)
Anyone want to share their schedules or advice?

I'm doing SS, going pretty well, but I guess I need to improve my form on one of my lifts. I've narrowed it down to either the overhead press or the Pendlay row.
Whenever I do this day, I start to get mid upper back pain for a couple of days after. Pic related. The pain seems a little sharp and I can stimulate it by taking deep breaths.
Which one of these lifts is fucking my back up? I want to remove it for a bit and confirm that it's the source.
The problem may be in your ohp. Aren't you leaning too much to the back while pressing?

I started going to the gym after getting painfully rejected by two oneitis's in a span of 6 months. Been getting those sweet gains ever since. Still a but chubby but I at least have some muscle and I am gifted with a great frame.
This summer, I started running every other day, and it fucking killed me, but I did it. I'd been running before hand, but I hadn't been taking it seriously. After that I started going to the gym, as well as dressing better and improving my posture. I managed to lose my v, but that was a lucky event, and if anything, my social anxiety and insecurity over my masculinity are worse.
like 6 years ago there was a blackout in my area. I was sitting on my computer as always, listening to music, playing WoW, watching tv etc and it was a friday night. Suddenly everything went dark. Everything went quiet. I rolled back on my chair a little and looked at the black computer screen. For some reason the realization that everyone else are out there living while I'm just sitting here, sitting in front of this screen, doing nothing, hit me hard. How many hours I had just been sitting here. I felt so fucking alone in that moment that I decided to grow a pair and do something about it
I'm really thankful that blackout happened, I'd probably still play WoW and pretty much be friendless outside the internet
