How long will it take me to become fit? If I follow a 3 day stronglifts with proper diet what will I look like in 2 months? 4 months? 8 months? One year? Thanks.

I wouldn't because by then I'd probably already have it or whatever earthly desire I wanted. Think about it; everyone has a soul. They're not exactly in high demand, so whoever wants them probably wants ones that are good and powerful and strong.

Ergo if I'm in the position to sell my soul I've done something that'll make me stand out, probably my dedication to having a body made of iron.

so /fit/izens the past couple of night ive been remembering my dreams, which isn't common for me. But they all have to do with vampire lore, and drinking blood gets me /fit/ aesthetic/powerful as fuqq. Is my sub-conscious trying to tell me to jump on gear?

I'm on my 3rd week of cutting and I'm craving some damn ramen, is it too damaging to my diet if I have one? My everyday diet consists of porridge protein shake and chicken breast with veggies.

Will getting /fit/ also gain me a chin? I know it's genetic but if you look at this image of Keanu Reeves you can see him having a pronounced chin in the left image and barely any in the right one. Please tell me here is hope for me as well.

Anyways OP, HGH and testosterone injections gave me a bigger jaw over about a year and a half. And I'm about to turn 31. Gear will make your jaw grow but not substantially. GH made the biggest difference, I ran peptides ghrp2 and mod grf 5-6x shots per day for six months and then a lighter schedule for rest of year

I have worked hard to get big and look good. However, my armpits sweat like crazy, every day, for little reason. I can pay 600€ and get botox injections to deactivate the sweat glands, but I don't want to spend that kind of money. Can you think of a way I can destroy my sweat glands at home? I read somewhere that japanese tattoos prevent sweating permanently so I was thinking I just poke myself hundreds of times with a needle. Any ideas?

Ok, total noob question here. After trying out a ton of plans, reading the sticky, and working out for a few years I have to know. As a natty lifter, how often do I need to train each body part for max results. I see plans for that go like : Monday chest, Tuesday back, weds legs etc... the. I'll see push pull such as Monday: chest and tri, ties back and bi

And now most recently I am discovering plans for each muscle group 3 times a week but with less volume ex. Push Monday pull Tuesday push push wedsday pull Thursday and repeat.

So which is it? Do I completely destroy a muscle group once a week with high volume or do I work each group out with less volume but more frequently. I am not trying to get competeion body and would rather not train for more than 90 minutes a day.
