Should i stay on my relatively clean bulk or chicken,rice, and beans with some dubway mixed in or should i eat more fast food? I got too eat 4300 calories and its really damn hard doing it the clean way any tips?

As long as you're not eating cake and other sugary shit, it doesn't matter all that much. Bulking on chicken and rice would be kind of hard. Especially if you need 4000+ calories
just watch your sugar and sodium intake and you can add some higher calorie foods to your bulk

Looking for some advice. I'm getting back into lifting, I wasn't able to for about a year, long story.
Bulking at 6'4, 180.
My lifts are pretty shit, but it's good to be back at the gym.
I've been doing strong lifts every other day to increase strength. Is that the best option? I'm in a position where I'd be able to, and would be happy to go every day if need be.
Stick with SR 5x5?
Any other advice?

Your lifts are decent considering you took a year off, build up to 1/2/3/4 eat well and sleep, then switch programs according to your goals, I would say 2.5 months into the program add dips and BB curls,thats it pretty much.

Building up to 1/2/3/4 sounds amazing. I'd love to end my bulk at around 225 or so.
I started at 130 a few years back, so I still have a long ways to go.

When I fist my ass I always make sure my elbow is in line with my wrist. You get much better torque that way, same goes for weight lifting.

Well lads, I finally tripped acid and had some revealing thoughts.
CLIFFS: So anyway, this post isn't for me, because i don't care about any of that shit. I just like getting thicc, but for anyone lifting so they might get laid, you're selling yourself short and you're probably much more than your physique. Learn to display that.
I never really wanted a gf, lost my virginity in hs but I guess I always lifted so that I could be who I truly am (a nerd brogrammer who like painting warhammer and graphics design) and somehow still attract girls without too much effort.
Fast-forward to now, I mean i spend my days lifting, the occasional hike to keep shit interesting and I have a bunch of hobbies, I was thinking about all my dyel buddies who have smoking hot gfs. Yeah they look like shit and spend every weekend getting trashed, but every night they go out and explore the world, they're increasing their chances tenfold to get some pussy. Where as a meathead like me, who spends a year lifting ontop of already being 'fit' by normie standards (2pl8 bench and abs) to """maximize""" my external appearance. Problem is, I spend my friday nights isolating legs in the gym to achieve this. I ride a motorcycle so that I have time to zip through traffic to... well, hit the gym.
Basically what I'm saying is, if you're looking for pussy, lifting is gonna fuck your shit up mentally and waste your time. It's all about personality. A girl aint going home with a guy she doesn't feel great about, and it's not all about looks.
