What would happen if just stayed at a certain weight for compound lifts? For example, say I made it to the 1/2/3/4 level and I didn't want to move on to powerlifter numbers since, as much as I like lifting, I'm only doing this to get shredded. Would nothing bad happen if I just maintained the weight on my compound lifts and focused on adding weight to my accessory lifts for aesthetics?
