Top-tier bodybuilders generally have 5000-8000+ TDEEs, stay single digit bodyfat year round, and use their drugs to hold onto their muscle.

Who the fuck would need to track macros to get lean with a fucking 5-8k TDEE + drugs holding onto your muscle for you.

For us normal people with 2-3k TDEE's, you will have to track if you want to get shredded unless you're incredibly in tune with your body.
