you're now aware that heavy lifting up to a certain level is 99% about technique and has very little to do with strength. deadlift is far more technical and dangerous than people seem to realise which explains why little girls can lift so much if they have flawless technique

Anyone have any experience with this stuff?

I just looked for non-GMO, hormone free protein powder and this one came up.

Basically my mom gave me this speech about how the GMOs and cancer causing additives in optimal nutrition's whey will kill me and I shouldn't use it. So this means I need to find a "clean" alternative.

Hey /fit, I want to get rid of my hourglass figure as fast as possible. I know its genetic but there must be ways to help it. Pic related, its me after a month of working out. This means a lot to me since it has made me extremely self conscious for years, so any input is appreciated. I will do any form of exercise to help this, whether it be upper back or core.
