Hey brahs, i recently started SS and there are many problems i am not sure how i can fix:

you can make up for it but itll be easier and more efficient to just deadlift

start with a little weight and build it up just like any other lift. ask around the gym for proper form if thats what you're worried about. try filming yoursefl and comparing youtube videos to see whether youre doing it right

If you need a belt to lift anything lighter without messing up form then you need to remove some weight
