Anyone here has a homegym here?
Can you share pics/setups?

Just moved and all gym around here are technogyms with focus on zumba and cardio, I'm done with paying subscription and driving 1hours back and forth for this.
So I want to build a small homegym.
So I'm planning to buy pic related for squats and bench press (will buy a separate bench)

Besides muscles while retaining femininity? I work in an environment full of men and I hate to be seen as ´thin´ (I´m 172cm/5'6 inches, 60kg/132lbs). I don't think I'm that thin, I work out and look similar to the woman in the picture arms wise.
Also the fact that I have a baby face and a soft voice doesn't help either...

How's my diet /fit/?

Morning: two hard boiled eggs and two pouches of extra protein oatmeal

First lunch: ham & chicken sandwich with cheese

Second lunch: mac n cheese with tuna

Post workout: protein shake + a cup of cashews and a bowl of ice cream

Dinner: either ribeye steak, pork chops, or ribs, served with rice

I spent the last 10 years of my life doing farm work. I've gained considerable strength without thinking about it much, which resulted in me typically carrying all of the feed sacks, hay bales, etc. on my left shoulder and using my left arm more. The right arm/chest area is considerably weaker in comparison. ie: I can easily "jiggle" the pec muscles on the left side, but not the right.

I'm no longer living that life so I cannot put in 10 years of labor into my right side. How do I match it? What exercises would simulate lifting of feed/hay and carrying on a shoulder? Preferably something I don't need to go to a gym for.

you can literally buy sacks of feed grain and move them around your yard. make a big pile on one end then move them back to the other side. if you live in an apartment then its even better, because you can move them down the stairs and stack them on the sidewalk, then move them all back upstairs again

I have lower back pain not from sitting or walking or doing exercises but instead from standing still in one spot for 5 or more minutes.

Now this normally is not an issue as I am usually moving about when I'm standing up but I will be joining the military soon and also be a helper for a marching band in my community. I'm 20 years old, male, weigh about 200lbs, am 5'11, and the weight is more fat than muscle right now.

I've been doing planks and some back extensions and those help a lot when I am sitting in a chair but my back still kills me after standing still for more than 5 minutes in one spot and attempting to bend over.

The pain doesn't start until after standing still for 5 minutes in one spot I attempt to bend over.

Do planks on MWF.
I took the plank warm up from Reddit's bodyweight fitness routine and used that as part of my warm up for lifting/off day shenanigans. The other part of my warm up is Limber 11 and the same dude's upper body mobility routine.
