So this is my gfs friend from highschool, I suggested she wasn't natty but obviously I was shot down pretty fast. This transformation happened in under 2 years I think, on a vegan diet.
I'm probably wrong, 2 years is plenty of time.. I can't help but wonder though. Opinions /fit/, is she natty?

When I do pushups and I put weight on pic related I get this tingle up my fingers and If I put too much weight it goes from a tingle to a shocking pain and then the skin burns for a few minutes.

Anyone experienced this?
Is it nerve damage?
Can I fix it?
I'm scared bros.

I can't do push-ups for a prolonged period of time due to wrist pain.
My recommendation I was given was to do them with a fist. Yes you will be weaker at first, but like everything you get better at it.

I have no wrist pain in all other aspects of life and lifting. Push-ups just suck.

Hey /fit/, there's this beautiful blonde girl who's going to my gym, and I've noticed her for 2 weeks now, she's always by herself and never looking around at guys working out, doesn't wear makeup or spandex to try to make her ass look nicer than it already does, I'm not a fuckin loser and unable to chat up women, but I don't want to walk up to her and be like "sup" in the middle of her workouts because interrupting someone in the middle of their workout to chat i don't think will go over well. Today we both went to the water fountain and she let me go first and smiled at me, how would I go about actually finding a way to chat her up? Anyone have any stories of picking up women at the gym and want to share?

I'm 5'6" and 126 lbs. I'm not skeletal, nor do I lack muscle mass, and my body fat content while probably lower, isn't visibly so. Bones have well tested durability as well.

People smaller than me weigh 5 - 10 pounds more. All I can think of is fast twitch fibers possibly being comparatively less dense, but can't find any data on relative weight of fibers throughout the body.

Don't think I'm missing any organs. How might this be?

So, famalam, whats the scoop with PPL vs Full Body Routine for natties?

I've always heard PPLPPLx is great for volume and at the moment its what I am following, with 3 days of cardio thrown in.

But in terms of aesthetics, and building mass which one will bring you to the natty limit quicker?

Is one better than the other?

Extra credit question: Are there any full body routines that don't include Squats 3x a week?

This was a defining factor in moving away from Stronglifts.

Shrugs 3x10

Pull:
Deadlift 1x5
Barbell Row 5x5

Hammer Curl 3x10
Pullup 3xF
Chinup 3xf

Legs:
Squats 5x5
S/L Deadlift 1x5
Calf Raises 3x10


Any tips advice? I'd like to have Dumbbell Flyes in chest day but like I said it all relies on the OP questions.

i do trappy chans routine, even if it was made by trappy i thought about it and there is literally not much you can do except add more volume which i dont feel is necessary

i changed rows on day D with pullups and curls with dumbell bench press

it has every god tier accessory with the 4 compounds evenly twice a week

How important is workout intensity to building muscle mass? Would you say it's more important than nutrition and sleep?

Training is noticeably behind nutrition and proper sleep.

a half assed 1 hour bro work out with proper macros and 8 hours of uninterrupted sleep will give you a better physique than some IIFYM fatass on "just bulking" mode or someone who sleeps 3-4 hrs a day with dave palumbo overseeing his gym routine.

I did taekeondo(5 years) bjj(2 years) wrestling(1 year) and boxing(few months)
Now i just enjoy working out.
On one hand theres no one trying to break my nose or arm so I like it on the other hand i miss the competitive nature of training.

Very good for kicking, footwork, speed. You will gain muscle in several places like legs and core. Tournaments are bullshit but who cares just dont go.
My taekwondo instructor was cool and allowed grappling as well when we sparred if he knew we trained. He introduced me to my bjj and boxing instructors as well.
As far as kicking it is superior to Muay Thai. What makes Muay Thai better overall is that it is more rounded. Taekwondo is very strong at certain points but also very weak in others which is why its a good supplement if you want to be a better fighter but it shouldnt be your main style.
