Maintenance however, you can eat normally but still build muscle and cut fat.
Sure it's slower than either other option but it's the MOST sustainable option.

if you ate and worked out in the morning, you can be in a surplus before and after working out, but be in a deficit later in the evening.
you'd build muscle in the morning, and you'd still lose fat in the evening.

I used to work at ups. Make sure to drink tons of water throughout the day. Any stretching routine will work but the main thing is bending at the knees while working not at your back or you'll get fucked up. Have fun at the worst job you'll ever have.
i worked at UPS for several years doing that. I was never more fit then when I was working there. If you combine that with a dedicated workout routine you will be solid.
