I have never "exercised" in my life. My life revolves around school and vidya. I am starting to get a little fat.

I've read the sticky and I got a gym-membership (full price for a whole year) and I'm gonna start lifting. Today.

What should I think about? Any tips or trix?

Today, my first day I'm gonna hit my back and shoulders with rows and lat-pulls. Shoulders will be lat, raises, front raises and military press. All will be done standing except lat-pulls.

What kind of return do i expect, what time frame? How often should I go there?

Practice your form.

Good form> heavier weight.

You wont "lift" as heavy with lower weight, but proper form will make the muscles work more and avoid injuries.

I'm looking into going on a sugar free diet, cold turkey. I have been doing research and I honestly think sugar is impairing my ability to think and learn. I don't want to be retarded anymore. My problem is there is fucking nothing to eat, I don't want to have eggs, chicken, and carrots every day. Do you guys have any suggestions?

How many of you have done more than one cycle of DNP?

I'm 225lb 6'0. i just ordered my second batch of 50 pills and I've been doing some thinking. I've taken 2 a day before using up all 50 pills in one cycle. I had a very bad throat problem and coughed all the time. I had sweaty nights.

I need to lose 45-60 Ibs. On my first cycle I lost 25 even though I wasn't really dieting well and exercising.

I'm just a little afraid I might get some bad side effects for my second use. I plan to do an EC stack as well but I want to know if it would be better doing that off DNP because I'm still a little new here. I read the pastebin.

Can anybody give me tips on how to make it this time?

Hey /fit/. Skinnyfag here. I decided that for the next five years I would dedicate myself to getting ripped. (I will turn 23 in a couple of months).

Before I start building muscle I'm getting rid of my bellyfat, which I got this winter and is really limiting my physical capability. I have already lost like 7 kilos in the past 3 months. I run like 3-5 times a week and do pushups daily. I run (as) fast (as I can), I don't like that jogging shit, that's for middleaged women imo.

Anyway. The reason I turned to /fit/ is that I have no experience in gaining muscle mass. There is a lot of information on the internet, but a lot of it is "OMG GET RIPPED IN 3 WEEKS" bullshit. I'm looking for real advice.

Like is there even a point in hitting the gym in the beginning? Or should I stick to pushups until I can do like 100 of them in one go?

Also feel free to share any good material on getting started with bodybuilding.

pick the gym way (PPL) or the callisthenics way.
if you decide to work out at home you'll need a pullup bar and a pair of dumbbells or a resistance band.
your main exercises will be squats,pushups,pullups,dips and planks.
you will use the dumbbells or the resistance band for curls,shrugs and overhead press.

Anyone here have experience with the Anytime Fitness chain of gyms? Recently moved to a new area and looking for a gym to join, my apartment complex has a small fitness center in the basement but it's mostly cardio and a few machines.

Anytime seems to be the only place nearby that's 24 hours and isn't a LA Fitness or Planet Fitness. Gonna try their week trial and see for myself, but wondering if any of you bros have some experience with these places.
