300grams of any relatively lean(not chicken breast lean) meat, roasted + 500 grams of mixed vegetables mixed with 4 eggs in a baking container. 1100 calories, 100g protein and 15g net carbs.

I just failed my 405lb deadlift pr with two gym qts nearby, I couldn't lift it after setting a 365 and 385 pr with 7 minutes rest in-between

What can I do to not embarrass myself next week when I attempt it again?

I drink green tea in the spring/summer, black tea in the fall/winter and oolongs all year. I can give specific recs but I'm nearly exclusively drinking Chinese tea. Taiwan/Japan are cool but expensive teas while Indian teas are really hit or miss. Tea is the best way to get caffeine and theanine but I will have a French press of single estate coffee when in the mood.

I used to goto the gym and did the typical stronglifts routine, however I have a wierd body, I'm 5'2" and I weigh 98 pounds, the only lift that improved was the squat, I'm fairly certain my technique was awful because my legs would hurt days after but I did manage to get up to around 198 lbs squat, I was going to my ankles but it wasn't helping my butt, I only noticed my legs getting really strong and I already do a lot of hillwalking so idk.

Basically i'm a huge faggot and I want a feminine body to be attractive to other faggots, I want a bigger butt, How do i do that?

It feels good. Not amazing. Backing in my lifting days in highschool when i was lifting 5 days a week in the morning and like 2 hours of cardio after school. I remeber taking off my shirt in the weightroom during track and having all the girls staring. Felt pretty good.

I have a fear of injury. Part of what brought me into wanting to lift is to prevent injury while getting jacked. But I'm having trouble finding sources for inspiration. Everywhere I go there's hordes of memers reciting the, "lifting doesn't injure you, lifting with incorrect form does" meme. Yet I'm having trouble finding many or any reputable sources for inspiration. Everyone claims lifting makes you bulletproof in one thread disputing the injury aspects of lifting then you go to another thread talking about lifting injuries and it's filled with pain and agony

My question is, as a traumatophobic, where are my high profile lifters as sources of inspiration? A long tenured list of successful liftera with no lifting related injuries? Why aren't there more people focusing on not just looking ripped but also remaining injury free? Why aren't more people attracted to the health and longevity side of lifting? It's just lift heavy and roid but to me it appears this is a recipe for a life of pain and injuries, not a pain free healthy happy and long life..

You're going to get injured if you do physical things, your body wasn't built to last forever. Either you fall in the shower when you're 86 or you throw out your back doing deadlifts that are too heavy. You can get repetitive stress injuries from too much wear on your knees, ankles, and hips doing the exact thing they were meant to do. You can pinch the nerves in your spinal column doing yoga to unwind.

The extremes hurt your body, but no one cares about normal people, everyone wants to be somehow extraordinary. If you choose to not risk it, that's fine, but don't act like it isn't your choice to be content with not pushing your own envelope. The good thing about weightlifting is that you can generally tell if something will be bad for you down the line, and you can almost always work around it by doing some other lift it a machine. That is not true for a lot of the disciplines.

using for 10 years now, no side effects. i started using when i noticed my hair was thinning, and i was one of the lucky % that managed to grow back some hair on top of maintaining it. im in canada so its only $10 a month, it takes a month to build up in your system and about 5 months to notice if you're growing any back. if you miss a dose its not the end of the world, since itll take a few months for the balding spectre to return and steal your hair gains.
