I bought 10 bags of granola from Amazon.
The way I use it for cutting is getting about 1.5 cups of it and putting it in a baggie. Then I eat breakfast and snack on that one bag if granola all day. Get home and have dinner.

It's enough to tide your cravings over so you don't have a big lunch.

While we're on the topic, is greek yogurt good for cutting or is it just a meme?
