So /fit/brehs

I've pretty much been doing 2 years of lifting now doing only what you would call "brosplits"
Recently I've been thinking if this is truly the best way to optimize gainz as a natty
I've heard the discussion of how brosplits limit frequency and that u should be hitting each muscle(group) more than once a week/period for optimal gainz
others claim it solely depends on overall volume and intensity

So should I continue doing """brosplits""" or are the other options like 531, PPL, Upper/Lower Body, Full Body, etc etc really better?

what I have figured out is that a naturals recovery time is different from person to person. some recover in 3, others it takes a full 5 nights.

I think a routine like
AxBxAxxBxAxBxxREPEAT

is a good routine for naturals, but the problem with this routine is it isn't enough gym time to satisfy most weightlifters. Most people like lifting weights, that's why they do it in the first place.

Brosplits are fun, but everyone says they aren't the best for gains.

PPLPPLx is for steroid users.
there's just no way to go balls to the wall every workout on PPL if you're natty. Maybe PPLxPPLx

I think the best way to enjoy weights is steroids though. do whatever the fuck routine you want, how often you want, and see great gains.

lifting natty is almost straight retarded, because you put in so much effort in meals, sleep, and training, only your gains to be dictated by your fucking nut sack and brain and the nutters don't pump a constant stream. so some weeks you just feel off for "no fucking reason" and it's actually test levels fluctuating. no matter what the fuck your diet is like.

with steroids you have complete control.

I'm sadly not really satisfied with the pure lifter lifestyle so I can't really wrap my head around spending so much extra money and possibly increasing the risk of running into all the side effect shit
I'd have nothing against a small dosage of test and maybe something to go along with it to really just get that half natty look, but definetly no gym roid rat type shit
also : are you assuming a UpperLower split with that AB routine of yours?

heaviest of my life.

I made a deal with my doctor, because he wants me to get on surgery/or/injections to lose weight


I have 6 weeks to lose most weight. other than sticky, what should I focus on for 6 weeks. please help.

also, I'm trying to do fork put downs, but it's tough. I start tomorrow. please spoofeed me a 6 week cutting diet. I will stick to do it. I need help. I don't want to move homes

Make your meals beforehand.

Focus on filling yet nutritious foods such as eggs, oatmeal, potatoes, fish, yogurt, etc.

Start listening to audio books and walk / jog in the evenings.

Don't buy sweets or other unhealthy food. If it's in the house, you'll eat it.

Precut vegetables and fruit in the fridge so they're easy to access when you get late night munchies.

All things that helped me.

How to strengthen quads?

I want to strengthen my quads beacuse theyre usually the first to give up during my low bar squats, forcing my posterior chain to take full control of the movement, thus pitching me forward and turning it into a goodmorning squat.

So I ask this - if I'm doing 3x5 low bar squats followed by 2x5 deadlifts, would it be fine to do 3x5 front squats after for dat dere quad strength development? Or is heavy low bar squats and heavy front squats in the same workout kind of redundant?

Not a big impact, no. I didn't notice anything when I quit. I'm sure it matters, but it's not significant. Honestly I felt very little in general when I quit cigarettes. You hear all these stories about how your life will get better when you quit, and basically none of them were true. I'm still glad I quit since the health risks are well documented.

how do i survive this meme? i drink water with everything just to keep healthy but last week i went all out with soda and juice. when i weighted myself (once a week) i gained 4 pounds but i dont feel any fatter but i know it was because of that. i weigh 204LBS right now. drinking water too much sucks. is there anything else i can drink with a good lunch besides water? sometimes i do black coffee (plain)

Simple, just drink 80% water, and now and then have something else. Don't do just one or the other.

Here is an idea, just drink water with 2/3 meals and throughout the day, and on the meal of your choice drink a reasonable amount of something else (can be literally anything else, you'll be fine)
