Am i the only one that gets all sorts of fucked up if I don't eat enough/miss a meal. What happens to you if you under eat? I get a headache, moody, tired, hot feeling, lethargic, brain fog and it sucks. Am I the only one?

I don't eat in the morning.
So I read the sticky. I'm a complete fat ass (260 lbs) and out of shape. I'm going to be eating a calorie deficit, my TDEE is ~2900 calories, so I'll be doing 2400. According to the sticky, that means I need about 390 grams of protein. That seems impossible within my calorie range? So would I need to take a supplement?
Also, will I get any stronger while I'm losing fat? I'm going to be lifting obviously, but with a deficit I won't be gaining any muscle mass. If I can't gain muscle (for now), should I look to increase my training weight weekly, or stay the same?

today i did the following:
db bench press 3x6
one arm db row 3x6
standing db press 1x6
chin-up 1x6
seated tricep press 3x8-12
standing db upright orw 3x8-12
i did one warmup set with each and i pushed myself so hard that i nearly failed on the last rep of the final set while maintaining decent form. i completed the workout in 35-40 minutes. am i doing something wrong?
