can fit help me figure out my fat% stopped workout out for 2 years due to cancer. Been hitting the gym for 6 months now with good diet. Lost 7kgs so far
Between 15 and 20 desu
>>38538650
if pic related, you look 12-14%
good job on the cancer brah
>>38538650
Id say around 15%.
So let's make things clear for once
Everything that exists is willing to kill you
If you have a sedentary life, you will have a heart attack
If you do drugs, you may die by an overdose
If you lift, your nervous system will get too shocked and you'll be unable to live a proper life
Even if you do nothing, all of your organs can get cancer and ultimately kill you, or let you in an extremely weak state, both physically and mentally
In the end, anything you achieved will mean nothing
It may seem like
>muh nihilistic meme
but this last days I've been thinking about it and I'm curious about how do you live with all this "meaninglesness" since lifting is been my main source of motivation last years
Being fit makes me stronger. If I'm stronger I've increased my odds of living.
I also have a gambling addiction so that might contribute to my worldview.
>>38538626
what does nihilism mean, anon?

>cutting
>check sticky
>Cutting Diet:
>Calories: TDEE - 500 calories
>Protein: 1.5+ grams per lb. bodyweight
Where the fuck do you lads get 350 grams of protein every day? That's fucking half a pot of whey powder, 2kg of chicken or like I don't even know how much GOMAD
>>38538584
Are you fucking retarded? The sticky is full of horseshit. 0,8 grams of protein per pound of body weight is enough.
>>38538584
You don't need that much really.
Just aim for 150g daily and you will never have an issue unless you're fuckhuge.
PER LEAN POUND OF MUSCLE RETARD
>Find BF% (for example 20%)
>You weight (for example 180lbs)
>180lbs * .80% = 144lbs
>Body is ~60% water
>144lbs * .40 = ~57
>Round up.
>60lbs.
>Bones are ~15%.
60lbs * .85% = 51lbs (Rounding to 50lbs).
50 POUNDS * 1 = 50 GRAMS
THAT IS HOW THE ~50 GRAM DAILY PROTEIN INTAKE IS OBTAINED
THATS TWO SCOOPS NIGGER

The guy would look minimum 20% better if he just started leg pressing a couple times a week ontop of his other training, doesn't even need to squat/dead.
Ä° don't train legs but it's cause for some reason Ä° already have a lot of mass in them, especially my calves so training them would make me look like a trex.

I think all showers and changerooms at gyms, swimming pools and other public fitness places should be open communal showers with no stalls
I am always disgusted by the conditions of bathrooms with closed stalls. There's hair, cum, snot, shit and piss all over the walls of the inside of the stall. Little closed spaces with crevices and joints allow mould and fungi to grow, it is much harder to clean multiple shower stalls than an open plan shower.
When men are in private stalls they think they can do anything they want in there, an open plan makes them accountable of the other men in the area, this ensures they are in there to get clean and not dirty up the place.
Go to better gyms. The stalls at my gym are immaculate.

what is this, a shower room for midgets?
So i've been on caloric surplus for almost 6 weeks now (200 above maintnence). It seems like im getting fat but im not getting stronger. I got tiny bit stroner at the beginning but then i got sick and lost all the strength iv'e gained and im back at the pre-bulk strength level. Im not a begginer so noob gains are over. Should i up the calories or wait for dem slow natty gains?
I feel sorry for this guy. No matter how aesthetic his body will get, he can never change his face
Left = DYEL bro-split not eating enough
Middle = Perma-bulker mode, eating too much
Right = Balanced of hypertrophy/strength training, eating a balanced diet, with 200mg test a week.
If strength is the priority then yes. 200 calories surplus is not enough to make optimal gains.
Otherwise deal with the fact that it will take longer to gain strength and muscle with a smaller, but leaner surplus.
Also you may not be pushing yourself hard enough in the gym.
A lot of people think you can take the same effort levels into the gym as you did when you were a beginner. But that shit doesn't work forever. You need to be training your mental strength too so as to go for the reps and weights you might give up on too easily.
I am a young man who has done a very poor job of managing his physical health for his entire life. I would like to become healthier and more aesthetically pleasing, however I find I lack the discipline to dedicate myself to a daily work-out regiment. Is there any way I can improve my self-discipline when it comes to exercise?
you just have to make it a habit ya weak willed fuck

You sound autistic as fuck, who the hell talks like that?
>>38538005
Well I'm definitely a weak-willed fuck. I will try to make it a daily habit.
