Can anyone recommend a good M/T/W/F split? another obstacle is that on every day except wed we only have about 35 mins of time, and on wed we have about an hour and 15 mins. I have equipment outside of school so i could split my lifting into two portions through a day.

I know that feel bro. I don't even work or anything, just full-time university and lift. But for some reason I am constantly tired and hungry. Everyone around me says I just lift too much, and that's why I'm always hungry/tired. I don't believe that is the case though.

I prob have diabetes or low test or something like that. I wouldn't know though, I haven't been to a doctor in 15 years.

I don't understand how people work full-time, it boggles my mind. If I was working I'd probably just be working and then sleeping.

Watch macros more closely. Choose low calorie snacks that you can munch on (I go for celery/strawberries, vasodilator/blood sugar control respectfully). Take time to relax and just breathe, you'd be surprised how much taking a few deep controlled breaths can waken you up.

Cardiocardiocardiocardiocardio.
Cardio all fucking day for energy.
HIIT/SS/LD it really doesn't matter.
The reason for this is cardio is highly demanding on the body, specifically your heart.
As your body adapts to this stress and becomes more efficient your heart actually begins to use less energy for the same quality of work. The secondary positives of increased oxygen and nutrient flow across the body help the bodies other organs more efficiently also. Helping many different hormone processes that regulate mood/energy/sleep/sex.
The increased oxygen to the brain can also make you feel more awake even if physically drained.

Mental exhaustion is also very real, your brain uses more energy than any other organ and is more than willing to steal energy vital to other organs to maintain itself (after all it's the brain, it's gameover if it dies).

Why do people here insist on doing running for cardio?

When I am in my bulk mode (5'7 - 190's) I can barely fucking run, it hurts to run. But when I cut back down to the 160's, I can run all day long without any problem.

IMHO, I don't recommend running unless you're already lean, it's too uncomfortable to run when you're carrying too much extra body-fat.

It's amazing how much of a difference 30lbs can make on a 5'7 frame in terms of what running feels like.

I'm 255lb, down from 270, and I run (albeit slowly) without issue. Running burns a ton of calories and is great exercise.

Hey, I know that eating foods like chicken breasts is good for making it, but I want to know how you guys prepare chicken breasts to best minimize added calories and maximize flavor.
Also, what are some side dishes that I can eat with it that are healthy?

How do i get my daily calorie intake if i literally hate eating.
Eating is more of a chore for me than anything else , even when i get hungry only the first few bites are actually pleasurable the rest is just work getting stuff into stomach. I've been drinking weight gainers recently since they are quick to go down and don't take much effort. But i don't think weight gainers only is the solution so are there any foods that take the least amount of effort to eat and give me my daily calorie intake ?

What early morning rituals do you guys do to prime yourself for the day?

I usually do 1:4:2 breathing until I feel incredibly relaxed and then I focus on something positive without any shred of doubt. Then I jump in a cold shower to help me completely wake up and then I start my day.
