How to strengthen quads?
I want to strengthen my quads beacuse theyre usually the first to give up during my low bar squats, forcing my posterior chain to take full control of the movement, thus pitching me forward and turning it into a goodmorning squat.
So I ask this - if I'm doing 3x5 low bar squats followed by 2x5 deadlifts, would it be fine to do 3x5 front squats after for dat dere quad strength development? Or is heavy low bar squats and heavy front squats in the same workout kind of redundant?
