I'm a short fatty, weight has fluctuated +/-15 kg on/off keto.

First months doing keto lost -15kg, but 3 months in got IBS, shat like crazy, couldnt eat anything but oats and rice.

IIFYM now, progress this month has been -1 kg.

Keto was the only thing that truly worked for me.

Has /fit/ fought through demon spawns coming out your asshole? How have you dealt with it?

I'm thinking about doing an S4+Ostarine+LGD-4033 cycle

1-12 S4 50mg per day
1-12 Ostarine 25mg per day
1-12 LGD 10mg per day
1-12 HCGenerate
1-12 N2Slin

This is my first ever cycle, I've been lifting for well over a year now but was using a shitty program and didn't do the meme strengthbase routines which I regret.


Eating at a surplus, doing a strength based PPL.

Is a PCT and on cycle liver support needed on SARMS?

I recently started doing OHP and I suck at it.
I can only do 4x5 with 5kg plates on a barbell.
I get fatigue really fast, no muscle soreness just unable to continue from fatigue.

How do I improve this? Any other exercises that might help?

I'm going to buy this multi-purpose bench for my room. Can anybody suggest a fitness program built around this machine? It has a lat pulldown, the bench can be put in decline and incline. It also has a leg-training attachment for quads and hams.

cheap bench.

you would make way more gains, be safer and have a more versatile set up that can be used for more exercises.

I'd still suggest you try and get a pullup bar or somewhere at home to do pullups.

as nice as the setup is that you've posted, those weights feel tacky and bad and just generally feel shit to use, theyre also heaps bad for exercises like cleans and squats.

Hey guys, looking for some decent workout music that suits my tastes. I'm pretty into Gesaffelstein and Golden Features at the moment, but if I try looking up Electronica workout mixes to find new stuff, you get really hyperactive shit and its annoying. Just looking for deep and bassy stuff and would appreciate any suggestions for similar artists, but post whatever shit you like listening to during your workout and I'll check it out.
