deadlift is for beginners and the elite everyone else should barely even bother and no copying the elite doesn't improve gains it retards them

Does it matter when you eat?

I realize the sticky says it doesn't matter, but if that is your position how do you respond to the weight loss studies on both mice and humans which suggest that heavier food consumption in the morning results in greater weight loss?

Alright /fit/ fatty here, I've started watching my calorie intake and generally doing light workout at home until I can acquire a gym membership of some kind and I've noticed that my weight does not remain stable or at least relatively so, as in I weigh 236 usually but some days if I fast or eat anything above normal my weight will either go up or down extraordinarily. Such as going down 15lbs one day then back up 10lbs the next. I know for a fact that I'm not eating or losing this much weight, but I've been using 3 different scales to weigh myself and one is new and they are all the same. What the fucks going on? Pic taken right now while my weight was my normal 236 in the morning.
