how do i survive this meme? i drink water with everything just to keep healthy but last week i went all out with soda and juice. when i weighted myself (once a week) i gained 4 pounds but i dont feel any fatter but i know it was because of that. i weigh 204LBS right now. drinking water too much sucks. is there anything else i can drink with a good lunch besides water? sometimes i do black coffee (plain)

Simple, just drink 80% water, and now and then have something else. Don't do just one or the other.
Here is an idea, just drink water with 2/3 meals and throughout the day, and on the meal of your choice drink a reasonable amount of something else (can be literally anything else, you'll be fine)
