I'm a dyel and I will be traveling to Japan for three months. I've been lifting seriously since February or March, and I don't want to lose my momentum and gains while in Nipponland.
Do you know any good proper workout routines I can do at home?

If you stay in one city for 3 months, it could be worth it to invest into a membership.
I'll be going to the US soon for a month, and plan to get a trial membership for however long possible, and then possibly extend it.

I skipped my diddylift day today because of deciding to go ahead and get a fairly small tattoo.
I figured not going to the gym right after getting it would be common sense.
How much should I avoid physical training including strenght training and contact sports after getting a fresh tattoo?
dyel tattoo artist guy said at least 5-7 days, random articles on the internet include from not doing it in the next 48 hours to one week - 10 day
how do you guys go about physical training after getting inked?

Chill on it until it's healed and you're getting flakes. If you go in while its still raw your sweat WILL fuck up the ink and stretch the tattoo
