bicep curls with 3 lbs, for toning

So I've been lifting properly for about three months. I'm on Greyskull LP and going about three times a week. I feel like this isn't enough, should I be going more?
Also I'm trying to lose weight, I have diet sorted but would doing cardio after lifts help aswell?
When I do this routine in gym it only takes an hour, should it be taking longer?
Any other general advice would be neato

I want to do 5x5 bench everytime i hit the gym for the next few weeks. Every second day (48 hrs). Is that too often, or is it all good? I'm at 150 pounds

You'll be fine, upper body generally copes with higher volume and even benefits from it more than lower body. Just don't go to failure every day, you should still have a few reps in the tank on your last set and you should improve your bench faster than you have before.

Adding that lower body recovers slower partially because you can't not use your legs in getting around so they don't recover as well

My gym is primarily men in their 20s-50s who do powerlifting/strongman, a few college bodybuilders, a few female bodybuilders, a few less female powerlifters, almost no cardiobunnies, and a few elderly women. I love my gym.

I got in a car accident and now I have metal in my shoulder and t-spine. Been a struggle, I'm not allowed to put any downward weight on my shoulders or back (no squats). I had to move to dumbbells for OHP so I can stabilize my shoulder and t-spine during the movement. Been a long road after 11 months of PT. Never gonna be truly /fit/ but still gonna make it.
