Guys, what the fuck is going on. My max for squat is around 495ish (I got 440 for 4 about 3 weeks ago) but ever since then everything feels heavy as fuck.
I ran the Candito 6 week strength and deloaded for half a week instead of a full week and tried running it again. I felt horrible after Day 2 so I decided to deload a full week. I felt like shit the whole week and decided to go back at it the following week. I worked up to about 85% of my max and struggled like fuck (about 3 or 4 seconds) to get it up.
Am I overtrained? I don't even feel like shit anymore, I just feel weaker.

For me personally I train best after my second meal around 10 and then I find 7pm onwards is good too. All other times I'm dead. Gym is usually pretty quiet but work doesn't allow me. To train at 10. Some people train best with no meals. Some having eaten all but 1. Personal preference senpai
