I don't know what to do anymore. I was doing so well, I've lost ten pounds in the past month(still a mega fatty) but I end up rebounding back every time I do. One day I just snap and end up getting a shit ton of fast food on the way home or something. Or someone pisses me off and I eat a shit ton of rice or pasta.

Hey /fit/ I have been having issues doing squats, going down is no problem but coming up in the last bit before locking out I get a pain in my upper right leg, I think it is due to a tight hip flexor but I have been doing stretches and it doesn't seem to be helping. I don't have anterior pelvic tilt and my posture is good, I am not sure what else it could be.
