What do I do guys, I've been doing SL since March and I finally hit 225 in October. I had to deload because I couldn't do 225 for 5x5 but now I've worked my way up to 210 and I'm failing again. I've also regressed on deadlifts and OHP.
Is there something wrong with me? Should I switch routines? What I really want is to be aesthetic but I know I have to build a base first.
