Anyone here legit /injured/?
I got in a car accident and now I have metal in my shoulder and t-spine. Been a struggle, I'm not allowed to put any downward weight on my shoulders or back (no squats). I had to move to dumbbells for OHP so I can stabilize my shoulder and t-spine during the movement. Been a long road after 11 months of PT. Never gonna be truly /fit/ but still gonna make it.
Please tell me that's not your x-ray.

I'm always bothered by the amount of hand-waving people can do with "I got into a car accident".
You can say you got into a motorcycle accident, a gun accident, an illegally imported tiger accident and everyone wants to hear the story.
But car accidents people treat like it's this unfortunate thing that sometimes happens randomly.

I have stress reactions on the end of both my femurs at the knee end.
Had knee pain for year and a half that wasn't cured by rest, steroid shots, or rehab exercise, so I got an MRI.
Revealed stress reactions close to becoming fractures. That was a month ago. Left knee getting a little better now, right knee still getting worse. Gonna need a cast on it :(
To compensate, I've been hitting my upper body hard. Managed to get fucking tennis elbow from it

I injured my upper back. Doc says no compound lifts (dl, bp, ohp, squats) so I've been doing a modified program with my pt. basically a lot of dumbbells and 100% full rom exercises.
