It is not just fitness related. 60 minutes had a story the other week about the millionaire social media stars and this shit is just getting started. If you can get a big enough following you can make big bucks.

The literally showed a 16 year old girl who would just lip sync her favorite songs and was making $300,000 from youtube royalties I think. How much do you think that Casey Niestat guy makes from youtube ? I'll bet it is a lot.

So if you hated the selfie, instagram, tumbler social media flakes, things are only going to get worse.

You probably lost more weight than you otherwise would have and if you took in enough protein lost less muscle in the process, possible even put on some.

You could have still lost weight focusing solely on calories, of course, but not as good and the lesson you learn in the process is very valuable.

Most berries are pretty good but fresh ones are expensive. Bananas are the fruit I eat most often. I'm not crazy about them but they're cheap and taste decent.

Today we look at how their quality of life benefited from bodybuilding.

Today’s bodybuilder success story is: Quincy Taylor.

Quincy had more going for him than they typical BBr. With a height of 6’4” he dwarfed his competitors, most of whom height fraud just to claim > 5’6”. Quincy turned Pro at the USA Nationals in 2001, with a contest weight of 275 dry shredded pounds. After turning pro he added enough new muscle to compete at around 300 pounds (350 offseason), and placed as high as 21st when he competed in the 2005 Mr.Olympia contest. Also managed to come in 2nd place in the major IFBB Shows Europa Super Show, and Montreal Classic, which I’m sure you all heard of.

Also, Quincy had staring roles in the 2001 “Planet of the Apes” remake as a random ape soldier, and a lead role in the 2005 “Be Cool” as bodybuilder thug number 3.

He’s also dabbled in the Adult film industry starting around 2011, where he’s made 1/10ths of thousands, with high quality 240 dpi home videos of him and his wife, female BBr Brandi Mae, who later went on to do videos fucking other men as well as Trannies. Yes, Quincy has found happiness in life and fulfillment in being a 6’4” 350 pound BBC, Big Black Cuck.
