My gym has 3 different barbells, 35lbs, 45lbs and 55lbs.
What's the difference, and which do I use?

Anyone else wish there were more days in the week?

If the week was 8 days long I would have one extra workout to isolate whatever body part I wanted to, it would really help me focus my weakpoints.

What's your take on a weight vest /fit? I'm fighting depression and find that taking long walks helps me clear my head. Why not get ripped while I'm at it. Or will I even see results with a weight vest?
