Hi /fit/, i have two questions i hope you can help me with

1. Is it possible some peoples proportions are just incapable of doing power cleans? I cannot for the life of me get to the racking position. When i raise my upper arm parallel to the floor and bend my hand towards my shoulder, my WRIST is already past the place where the bar should be.

2. How many chin ups should a DYEL be able to do? The only chin up bar in my gym is right in the prime space and whenever i hang from it i feel so heavy and cant make myself even start to do one in case i fail in front of everybody so i always just end up pretending i was just stretching myself.

I am 5'8, 68kg
OHP 30, Bench 50, Squat 70, DL 90kg
Should i be able to do at least one? I havent tried

Doesn't even look like I lost fat, just muscle and water.
I love the depression meme. I am typing this while lying in bed because I can't even sit up at my computer unless I drink absurd amounts of coffee to make me restless, then I can use video games as escapism and won't feel depressed or anxious while focused on them

Is gaining muscle and strength back REALLY easier if you had it already in the past and then lost it? Don't want to bother getting it back if I can just lose it again in a couple weeks like this. Not that I am going to bother right now, but just wondering for if I ever start lifting again

Im snowed in and can't make it to the gym.
At home I've only got a pair of 20lbs dumbbells, though I can lift 60lbs dumbbells.
Is it worth doing these at like 20 reps or should I not bother?

You fuckers told me this machine was shit. I tried it today after doing squats and holy shit it's amazing. I feel the exercise in my quads so distinctly, squats are shit by comparison. I'm keeping DLs in my routine and I'm probably going to do baby weight squats still as a warmup but this is my main leg exercise from now on.

I do both leg press and squats. I like the look of large quads, and I feel as though the leg press is almost entirely quad focused, while the squats do my whole posterior chain.

2000m row on the highest setting keep it under 2:00 for 500m, way better warm up than running.
