You can take breaks if you want to, keep pushing yourself and you will be able to run for an hour easily.
The faster you run, the more calories you will burn, ideally you want to run fast and long. I burn over 1300kcal in an hour in a tempo run.

I do mostly long distance so like to do long intervalls, so usually alternate between 20x400, yasso 800s, 10x1k and 6xmile.

Okay then shorter intervals will be fine, work your way up so a sub 60 10k is easy, then start doing short intervals. Flying 40s are pretty fun, you do 40s on high effort followed by 20s recovery jog x10 then you jog easily a few minutes and repeat. You will also notice that weight impacts speed a lot in running. Even though I am only about 2-3kg over race weight now I'm still considerably slower.

Hey /fit/ I need some good cookbooks. I've been committed to going to the gym every week, but I struggle with knowing good recipes I can make for myself. I've been looking for books on Amazon, but I only see vegan cookbooks could someone give any good recommendations?

The web has more great recipes than you could ever cook.
If you just want good tasting food I would start at epicurious.com and try any recipe that has over 3 stars.
If you are looking for health food type recipes there are hundreds of blogs that have recipes for you. All types, Paleo, vegan, fruititarians, you name it.
Keep in mind that anyone can put a recipe up online. I would stick to ones that have several glowing reviews.
The only reasons to buy cookbooks is for learning techniques of cooking, not recipes
